While I was in Boracay, I got to spend my time at the lovely Ferra Hotel.
It was pretty awesome,
but don’t take my word for it… Here’s the proof!
On arrival I was greeted with a delicious cold drink and so many smiles. The room that I was shown to was spacious and homey. I loved that the room came with all of the toiletries I would need, including a tooth brush and tooth paste!
After I relaxed for a little while and enjoyed the comfortable couch in my room, I decided to go explore the hotel. It isn’t super big but I liked the feeling of closeness.
There is a small pool area, and it was never crowded. Who goes to the pool when there are gorgeous beaches right around the corner anyways?!
In the morning, breakfast is included. There a buffet with a good selection of things like Asian food, pancakes and waffles, fresh eggs or omelets, and fresh fruit. I enjoyed my breakfast everyday and I loved that the seating was right next to the pool!
During the day, there are so many great options at your fingertips when you are staying at Ferra. The beach is just a few minutes away.
The hotel is in a great location because it is so close to everything, but it is also not right in the center of the crazy super touristy area.
When I wasn’t at the beach, the staff helped me decide what I wanted to do, and booked everything for me! I decided on an island hopping tour where I was picked up at the reception of the hotel and taken on the tour! It was a nice day that included taking a boat to a few islands to relax, snorkel, explore caves, and have lunch (which is included with the tour.)
My evenings were spent on the roof of the Ferra Hotel. The rooftop bar and restaurant is an amazing place to relax, enjoy a cocktail, and watch the sunset.
Luckily I was able to try a few dishes because everything sounded so good! My favorite dishes were the pork ribs, meat and fish kebabs with peanut sauce, and fried rice. So so so yummy! The food tasted so fresh, and was honestly better than any of the other restaurants I had been to in Boracay. Of course I had to get dessert too! The mango caramel split was to die for. I would have licked the plate if that was socially acceptable… The ice cream is all made in house! Could you blame me?!
The Ferra Hotel as well as The Ruf restaurant are the places to be in Boracay. Because of their affordability, great location, amazing staff, delicious food, and so many other things, everyone should book Ferra Hotel as their accommodation in Boracay!
Thank you so much to Ferra Hotel and Tiff for the amazing stay! All opinions are my own!
Have you been to Boracay or Ferra Hotel? What did you think?
